Good morning Steven,

The Ford Focus car, previously stored at your Carmen Road yard until Wednesday of this week, has now been delivered to Turners for disposal.

This means that we now no longer require storage space at your yard.  Would you please advise if you can arrange to invoice us for the final payment or, if we are paying by direct credit to your bank account, advise the final payment date.

Thank you for all the help you provided during the storage period, especially your help in having the batteries of the cars recharged for us.

I felt like a bit of a fool having to ring up 1 month later and ask for an even bigger unit… should have used the storage calculator, but then again it never fails to amaze how much stuff my better half can hide.
